Documentation
Documentation & compliance
A supplier you have not met can only be judged on paperwork and process. Here is both, in full.
INCOTERMS 2020 · EXW · FCA · FOB · CFR · CIF · CPT · DAP
Issued with every shipment
Most first-time shipments get stuck at the port on documentation, not on the goods. This is the full set we prepare, with scans sent to you for checking before originals are couriered.
- Commercial Invoice & Packing List
- Certificate of Origin (Chamber of Commerce attested)
- Bill of Lading / Air Waybill
- Phytosanitary Certificate — agricultural consignments
- Health / Fumigation Certificate where required
- Pre-shipment inspection report & photos
Independent inspection
You are welcome to appoint your own inspector. We work routinely with SGS, Bureau Veritas and Intertek, and we will hold the container until your inspector releases it. If you would rather not pay for third-party inspection on a trial order, we send numbered photographs and a video of the full loading instead.
Company registrations
Our registration certificates are being finalised. Ask us and we will email the current documents directly — we would rather send you the actual scans than print numbers on a web page.

No certification logos we have not earned, no client list we do not have, and no founding date older than the company. If a supplier’s website shows you an ISO mark, ask for the certificate number and check it against the issuing body’s register. Do that to us too.
