How a first order works
A first order starts with a clear agreement on the product, quantity, inspection and payment terms. We document these details in the quotation and contract before execution.
- Start with a trial load
- A trial order can be discussed according to the product, available quantity and shipping method. Minimum quantities are confirmed in the quotation.
- Agree the specification on paper
- Grade, size, colour, moisture, packing and labelling are written down and signed before we buy anything. That sheet is what we grade against — and what you hold us to.
- Inspect it before it sails
- The inspection scope, independent inspection provider, costs and approval steps are agreed before shipment. Photographs and loading records can be arranged as part of that agreement.
- Agree payment terms
- Payment method, any advance payment and document release conditions are agreed for each order and recorded in the quotation and sales contract.
