How a first order works
You have not met us, so the first order is built to leave as little of the risk with you as possible. These are terms we work on, not promises.
- Start with a trial load
- One pallet or one container is enough to start. We do not ask for a season contract or an exclusivity agreement before you have seen our goods in your own warehouse.
- Agree the specification on paper
- Grade, size, colour, moisture, packing and labelling are written down and signed before we buy anything. That sheet is what we grade against — and what you hold us to.
- Inspect it before it sails
- Appoint SGS, Bureau Veritas or Intertek and the container waits at the port until your inspector releases it. If you would rather not pay for that on a trial load, we send numbered photographs and a video of the full loading instead.
- Pay against documents
- Documentary collection or a letter of credit through your own bank. Your money moves when the shipping documents move — we do not ask for an advance transfer on a first order.
Why buy out of Egypt
